Berada di umah jer minggu ni sbb ada temujanji dgn doktor naurah di HSA dan KK.Kulai pada esok n lusa. Tak brp cost and time effective rasanya klu tak dpt seminggu penuh di lab. Jadi harapannya dalam menyelesaikan urusan keluarga, dapat la juga siapkan bbrp tugasan projek sepanjang minggu ni.
Selesai pendaftaran utk semester baru, lengkapkan serta hantar borang progress report utem & kpt dan permohonan pengecualian kredit minggu lepas. Takde output terbaru berkaitan projek, cuma bnyk refresh project planning dan update project status. 5 bulan dah berlalu, tapi penulisan lengkap utk literature review masih belum siap. Utk 3 bulan akan dtg, perlu juga siapkan writing utk concept design beserta TRIZ method.
Target utk 2nd quarter (Month 7-12):
i) Literature review --> Review of Advanced Material Sciences
ii) Concept design --> concept development using triz n concept selection using AHP. Compare dengan Weighted Property Index Method+Digital Logic Method --> Mtrls & design
iii) Material selection --> using composite micromechanical model (Halpin-Tsai atau ROM+IROM serta Tsai-Pagano eqtn) for composite compounding design, kemudian material selection using AHP. Juga compare dengan Weighted Property Index Method+Digital Logic Method --> Mtrls & design
iv) research grant application (i)Sciencefund, (ii)RUGS, (iii) FRGS documents
v) attend n passed subject Research Method (3 credit)
vi) attend n passed subject Research Proposal (Seminar) (1 credit)
Utk 3rd quarter-project (Month 13-18):
i) Material purchase
ii) Sample preparation for hybrid biocomposite --> Chapter Research Methodology
iii) Sample characterization for mechanical properties (tensile strength & modulus, bending strength & modulus), moisture uptake (dimensional stability)
iv) Detailed design: CAD model of final design, FEA structural analysis using CATIA V5 GSA or Abaqus for static n transient (repeated loading) condition --> Mtrls & design
v) attend and passed subject Wood Quality Enhancement (3 credit)
Utk 4th-quarter (Month 19-24):
i) sit n passed Comprehensive Examination
ii) Component mould design
iii) MPI simulation
iv) Component fabrication guna Inj.Moulding
